My wife and I moved to Calgary with our 9 month old son from Ontario in November having secured an Airbnb for one month. Our plan was to find a short term rental for 3 months while we would start house hunting with our chosen realtor, Dave Peterson. As it turned out Dave had us moving into our new home within 2 weeks of starting our hunt! Something I thought totally impossible. Our first choice was very unrealistic as it was well outside our ceiling price. Dave negotiated the price down by close to 10 percent. He took care of finding us a great mortgage broker, a lawyer and a home inspector, he even lent us everything we needed to redecorate. I'm sure for a lot of people, buying their first home can be a very stressful experience, for us Dave took care of everything. Thank you so much for the moving in gifts, thanks for saving all our paperwork on a handy USB stick, thanks for all the constant support since we moved in and thanks for putting your negotiation skills to work and saving us an absolute fortune. The whole team is great. I'm not sure Cheryl ever sleeps. The best thing is they were with us from beginning to end. From the sale of our home to the purchase of our new home. Big John attended every meeting with us, and was a source of information and guidance on how to proceed with things. They always got back to us in a timely matter.
